To ensure my clients achieve to their absolute potential, I tailor their training plans specifically for them, taking into account their own goals and ambitions.
My passion for personal training translates through to my commitment to ensure that each of my clients gets a unique training experience and is able to meet their goals, whilst safeguarding their wellbeing, ensuring that they work out safely.
I begin training each of my clients with a free, 30 minute, no obligation taster session where we discuss not just what you want to achieve, but why you want to achieve it. This is my way of ensuring that you have the same drive and passion to achieve your goals as I do in wanting to help you achieve them.
Then we go into the gym and run through a small workout to enable me to gauge/ measure your levels of fitness so I can begin to tailor your training sessions and training plan.
We also discuss any goals you may have, such as losing weight for a holiday or building up to a marathon run. Each of my clients has very different reasons for training with me and it gives me great pleasure to see them achieve their own goals.
In addition to your own goals, we will periodically review the training and track the progress made. We can do this in a variety of ways including a monthly weigh-in, measurement tracking or regular challenges, timed based or weights based, depending on the challenge and the method that works best for you.
I also discuss nutrition with all my clients as eating a healthy balanced diet is vital to accompany the hard work you will be putting in at the gym.
I will give you a nutrition plan to follow, a healthier, more balanced version of your current nutritional habits. If required, I can also provide you with a step-by-step meal plan to follow or give guidance on your current eating habits.
We will discuss any additional nutrients that you may need whilst working out, such as protein shakes of other nutrients your body requires to work at its full potential.
